Today, over 1000 individuals and families proudly call Gen Fyansford home. Each resident bringing their own unique stories and experiences, contributing to the rich tapestry of our neighbourhood. From young families starting their journey of building their dream home, to retirees seeking the tranquillity of our natural setting; our diverse community embodies different stages of life as the essence of modern living.

Milestones of the “Fyans Life” Journey
2014 could only be described as a historic year for the Gen Fyansford dream. Our journey began with the opening of our first sales office on Casey Boulevard, sales of our first lots on the market (Fun Fact: 22 lots sold on day 1!) as well as the official commencement of construction in November 2014.
Our story has continued throughout the decade with milestones shaping our community from the completion of the first stages, opening of playgrounds, auctions smashing pricing records and the opening of our newest display village.
