Construction Update: Stage 3.5B
We are pleased to share the latest progress at Gen Fyansford. Phase 6 road and asphalt works are well underway, the following site activities for Stage 3.5B are scheduled to begin over the upcoming weeks:
Footpath Works: Preparation and construction (offside).
Cliff Face Batter: Structural shaping and stabilization.
Utilities: Installation of Gas and Water Connections

As part of the overall delivery of stage 3.5B, some additional works are being undertaken in relation to the escarpment and the adjoining wetland. These works are important to ensure the long-term quality, compliance, and integration of these areas with the development.
