Gen Fyansford will be officially launched this Saturday, 6 September at Hyland Street, Fyansford, with activities commencing at 11am.
The launch will include a range of fun activities, including historic walking tours of the Fyansford precinct, food trucks, give-aways from Fagg’s Mitre 10, a sausage sizzle, a CFA fire truck and, for the kids, face painting and a magician.
Michael Mai, Managing Director of ICD Property, said, “With a rich history, dramatic natural landscape and wealth of amenity, Gen Fyansford will offer residents a truly unique setting to call home. We invite the Geelong community to discover Gen Fyansford’s unique charms on Saturday.”
ICD has reported a strong level of interest for Stage 1, with hundreds of people registering their interest. “We have been delighted with the response from the community, and look forward to showcasing the beauty and rich history of Fyansford now and into the future,” Mr Mai said.
The site will see Stage 1 construction commence soon after the sales launch, and will consist of approximately 150 allotments with an average lot size of 500 square meters.
“Gen Fyansford will offer a variety of land sizes to encourage a diverse, vibrant and sustainable community. Allotment size and orientation will ensure the planned community works in accord with the unique landscape,” Mr Mai said.
Mr Mai said ICD Property’s residential developments cater to a diverse market, with the company aiming to develop well-designed properties in premium locations, which work in harmony with their surroundings.
